Sandalwood (formerly Brownwood) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath handicap accessible lakeside vacation home.
This home is situated just 40 feet from the shoreline of Dam Lake and is just to the east of the large sand beach and playground.

On the main level of Sandalwood you will find the open concept dining room/ kitchen complete with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cooking and eating utensiles. The living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with queen size bed and attached full bath, a second bedroom with full size bed, and the handicap accessible bathroom with a large "roll in" shower with grab bars. There is a small attached deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or the evening sunsets. A Webber grill is also provided.

An open staircase leads to the lower level daylight basement. Here you will find one bedroom with a full size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and the third full bathroom. There is also a small den with an electric fireplace and second TV. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
All bed linens are provided, please bring your own towels.

The standard rate is for up to 8 people.
Two addition children could be accommodated at an extra charge.
