The rental rate is based on the standard occupancy plus any extra person charges if applicable plus 5.5% sales tax. No additional room tax or premier resort area tax is applicable in our area.

Extra person charge	$20 per night or $100 per week for each person over the standard occupancy. Children & infants are considered occupants.

Winter season, long term rental rates are also available. Leave your gear, come and go as often as you like for one attractive monthly rate.
